The Gaggia Anima Prestige is a super-automatic espresso machine that encompasses the tradition of espresso making with modern technology.It features a simple and intuitive programming menu and one touch milk brew feature that will optimize the quality of your espresso experience.

The Anima Prestige brews with a powerful 15 bar pump and has a removable brew group, automatic descaling cycle, and stand by mode to conserve energy- making cleaning and maintenance easy.

There are four dedicated beverage buttons on the front of the machine for espresso, espresso lungo, cappuccino and lattes that can be personalized and programmed to your liking. This machine allows you to adjust and save settings for the brew temperature, beverage volume, and pre-infusion.

The Gaggia Anima Prestige features a built-in ceramic burr grinder that has 5 settings. If you decide to use pre-ground coffee (decaf, different roast) you can use the bypass doser to fill the brew group directly.

This machine is exceptional at preparing specialty milk drinks at the touch of a button. Simply fill the dual chambered milk frothing carafe which froths and dispenses directly into your latte or cappuccino cup. The milk carafe can be stored in the refrigerator for later use keeping the milk easily accessible.

The Gaggia Anima Prestige also features a hot water spout that can be easily installed in place of the milk carafe to distribute hot water for tea or café Americano.

Optiaroma Brewing System

The optiaroma brewing system allows your to change the strength of your beverages from 6.5 - 11.5 grams of espresso per brew. You have 5 different strength options which can be programmed so the Gaggia Anima Prestige brews your perfect cup. Gaggia has taken all the guesswork out with this incredible and compact model. Your beverages include Espresso, long espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato and hot water for tea, hot chocolate or Americanos!

Integrated Milk Carafe

Gaggia's Anima Prestige offers a double-chambered milk frothing carafe which quickly and easily plugs into the front of the machine. Once plunged in your Gaggia Anima Prestige has transformed into a one-touch auto frothing machine, taking any guesswork out of milk frothing and preparing milk-based beverages in one touch. The Gaggia Anima Prestige runs an auto cleaning cycle after every use to keep the milk circuits clean at all times. Once you are done with the carafe you can leave it in the fridge until next use, keeping your milk fresh at all times. In place of the carafe when not inserted is a hot water spout that plugs in place of the milk carafe, allowing you to make tea or Americano in seconds.

Gaggia Grinder Adaptation System

The Gaggia Anima Prestige offers 5 grinder settings for fine to ultra-fine grinding capability. The Gaggia adaptation system automatically adjusts the grinding process to insure the perfect amount of ground coffee is used regardless of the bean or roast you are using.

Automated Cleaning and Maintenance

The Gaggia Anima Prestige will notify you when the bean hopper, water tank or dredge door requires filling or emptying. This includes a notification when the drip tray is filled, so you can empty and rise the tray before overflowing. Like all Gaggia products, the brew unit is removable for quick and easy rinsing.
